Any piece of wood that can be mounted to a scroll chuck or
mandrel can be turned off-center with ShapeShifter. This is a
totally indexable tool that can turn objects that are 2,3, or 4 sided. Your only limitation is your own imagination.
Would you like to turn 3,4 or 6 sided pens? Or three sided goblets and boxes without being between centers? There are no face plates,screw chucks, or between centers.
