Warranty
At Shapeshifter Tools Inc., we believe in our products and back them with a strong warranty policy. Our heads and handles are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Additionally, we offer replacements at a nominal fee for up to 3 years. To initiate a warranty claim, please ensure you have proof of purchase and documentation demonstrating that the incident occurred during intended use. Intended Use/Misuse
It is essential to note that the intended use of Shapeshifter tools includes excavation of soil, striking soil, and striking roots. Misuse of our products, such as using them as a pry bar, smashing rocks, or leaving them exposed to the elements (including threat of machinery), will not qualify for warranty coverage. Therefore, it is the owner's responsibility to maintain and use the tools properly to ensure their longevity.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim for a broken Shapeshifter tool, please follow these steps so we can expedite the warranty process and serve you better:

1. Send your claim to sales@shapeshiftertools.ca.
3. Include proof of purchase to validate your claim.
4. Include a detailed description of the current damage sustained by the tool.
5. Attach high-quality photographs showcasing the damage from various angles.
6. Additionally, please provide a 360-degree video highlighting the damage in relation to the tool.

Limited Liability 

Lastly, please keep in mind that Shapeshifter Tools Inc., is only liable up to the full purchase price of the tools. The use of our products is at the customer's discretion and risk, and any damages or injuries resulting from their use are the responsibility of the user.
